♦1 This filling valve is made of SUS304,that is the professional negative pressure filling valve which is used for wine filling.
♦2 This valve is used for automatic refilling of liquid and contraled by PLC program.
♦3 This is the draw off valve which is used for empty the liquid of tank.
♦4 The manhole is the optional device which generally used in large rotary filler tank.
♦5 The content gauge is configured on the outside of the tank. The liquid level in the tank can be observed through it.
♦6 Fast loading valve is placed at the bottom of the filler machine.The liquid passes through it into the filler machine.
♦7 The mould is used for the IN and OUT of the bottle.And it is made of PVC.
♦8 This is mamed Bottle Prefeeder, it is used to put the bottle enter into the filler machine smoothly.
♦9 Here is the operating screen.All the movements of this machine can be controlled by the PLC program.And all the movements is automatic.
